Call your insurance company (1-800- number should be on the back of your insurance card)

• Will I be able to get a pump from you?
• What kind of pump will I receive and from what manufacturer?
• Manual pump?
• Double electric pump?
• Hospital Grade rental pump?
• What documentation is required (i.e., doctor’s order)?
• How will I receive my pump –do you ship it to me or do I pick it up somewhere?
• Am I able to submit a receipt or do I need to work with a Durable Medical Equipment supplier to process the claim?
• What if I want a pump from a different manufacturer than what you provide –will I receive any reimbursement if I decide to buy a different pump from what is being offered?
