Q: What is needed for Medicare coverage?

A: A prescription from your doctor with a qualifying diagnosis, as well as a medical record stating the need for a patient lift.* This is more than a prescription; doctor’s notes during the office visit are a requirement. 

How to Order

• Once we have all the proper documentation, we will deliver and set up the lift within our delivery area. 
• Note: We will demonstrate how to use the equipment with no person in the sling. We will not demonstrate with a person in the sling.
